The Pittsburgh Fashion Story rocked the runway at J Verno Studio. Suzanne Mauro created a fantastic runway show featuring local design students, new stores and amazing apparel! Fashion Trucks, the Vintage Valet, Magnolia on Main and Style Truck were a big hit! Thanks to Heinz Healey's Men's Store, Peter Lawrence, Luna Occasion Boutique, One Brilliant, Roberta Weissburg Leathers, Rue Boutique and UrbanFit Company for participating!

The 13th annual Pittsburgh Fashion Story packed the house on September 16th at J. Verno Studio on the South Side with 250 guests supporting Allegheny Children’s Initiative. The fashion show featured seven local boutiques showcasing fall’s hottest trends, including attire from Charles Spiegel for Men, Dina Ellen, KRISTI BOUTIQUE, Juju, Boutique La Passerelle, MODA and Roberta Weissburg Leathers.

Allegheny Children's Initiative has achieved re-accreditation through the Council on Accreditation (COA)! We are so proud of our team for this amazing accomplishment. Allegheny Children’s Initiative is participating in the Steel City Codefest, a city-wide app building event that brings coders, designers and innovation enthusiasts to create apps for local organizations.

PFQ had a good time despite the rain at the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community. The highlight was the PFQ picnic after the walk! Proceeds raised support the Dream Fund to help people with intellectual disabilities served by Citizen Care realize their hopes and dreams!
