Eric Lindey

Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer since December 2013, Eric has more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit field working directly with people with disabilities. A proven leader in residential and day services, in home, community based, and employment services, his experience in strategic planning, program development, employee benefit negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions serve him well in his role as CEO of Partners For Quality and its subsidiaries, Allegheny Children’s Initiative, Citizen Care, Exceptional Adventures and Partners For Quality Foundation.

Eric holds a MA in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University. He is a member of The National Association of QMRP’s, The American Association of Developmental Disabilities and The National Association of Direct Support Professionals. Born and raised in Fayette County, PA, Eric currently lives in Pittsburgh’s North Hills neighborhood.

Elmer Nemeth

Executive Director

Elmer is responsible to the CEO for the completion of a variety of management and service related duties that encompass Partners For Quality and he has overall responsibility for all of Citizen Care's operations. After graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Elmer began as a direct support staff at Citizen Care in April 1975 and has held many positions involving increasing responsibility over the years, during which time he received his Master’s Degree in Education from Duquesne University. Elmer is responsible for the design, development and management of the ID service model, coordination of quality enhancement efforts and is a primary liaison with representatives at the County and State levels.

Dan Skreptach

Chief Financial Officer

Dan was named Chief Financial Officer in October 1991. Mr. Skreptach received his BS in Accounting from Robert Morris University and became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in 1990. He has 34 years of experience in the non-profit field. Dan has three grown daughters and resides in Robinson Township.

Cindy King

Executive Director, Human Resources

Cindy has been employed by PFQ/CCI since April 1981 subsequent to graduating from Slippery Rock University. She started her employment as a direct service staff and was promoted to various positions with increasing responsibility. Cindy was the Executive Director of Community Living for over 14 years and was responsible for the development, implementation, management and monitoring of the services and support system for 200 people living in the residential component of the agency.

Along with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer Cindy initiated and coordinated the closing of Robinson Developmental Center, a congregate living facility that resulted in the movement of over 120 people into smaller homes in the community; expanding the agency’s Community Homes program.

Cindy has continually played a significant role in maintaining accreditation at Citizen Care, Inc. by The Council on Quality and Leadership, an International Accrediting Body. Currently, Cindy serves PFQ, Inc. as the Executive Director of Human Resources and as a member of the Executive Management Team.

Petra Mussi

Executive Director, Community Living Division

A staff member since 1979, Petra Mussi celebrated 35 years of service with the Agency in 2014.

Petra came to the United States after graduation from High School in Frankfurt, Germany in 1978. She began her career at Robinson Developmental Center as a direct care technician for eight years while working through college. She attended Penn State Beaver for two years, transferred and then graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Liberal Arts.

As the Community Living division grew, she worked as a Program Manager and then was promoted to Director. For 20 years, she managed and supervised a number of different programs as the community living division continued to grow and change. In 2008, she was promoted to Assistant Executive Director of the Community Living Division and in early 2014, she was promoted to her current position as Executive Director of the Community Living Division.

Bobbi Reidenbach, M.S.

Chief Operating Officer

As the COO, Bobbi will provide exceutive leadership to Allegheny Children's Initiative, Exceptional Adventures, the PFQ Foundation, the PFQ IT and Citizen Care maintenance departments. In 1997, Bobbi began her career at Citizen Care, Inc. as Purchasing Accountant. In 2002, Bobbi took the role of Information Systems Manager at Allegheny Children’s Initiative. She was promoted to Assistant Executive Director in 2011 and then to Executive Director in August 2012. Bobbi assisted the organization with successful accreditation through the Council of Accreditation (COA) in 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016. Bobbi holds a BS in Business Administration from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a MS in Nonprofit Management from Robert Morris University.

Jodie Tabano, M.S.

Development Director, PFQ Foundation

As Director of the Foundation, Jodie brings more than 20 years of experience in fund development through experience in a variety of health and human service organizations and higher education. Ms. Tabano is a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a BA in Liberal Arts and holds a MS in in Human Resource Management from La Roche College. Jodie and husband Steve live in the North Hills with their two sons.

Sarah Shultz-Blonski

Director, Exceptional Adventures

Sarah holds a Business Degree specialized in Hospitality and Travel from Indiana University and a Certified Travel Industry Specialist degree from Purdue University. Sarah has been with Exceptional Adventures since 1999 and loves to travel. Her favorite tours include Las Vegas and Mexico. Sarah and husband Ron live in Pittsburgh with their son and daughter.

Anthony Drane

Executive Director, Quality Assurance and Compliance

Anthony “Tony” Drane joined Partners for Quality in September 2017. Tony has over twenty-five years of experience in the human services field, most of it spent with Familylinks, Inc. where he served over eight years as their Chief Operating Officer responsible for all program services as well as I.T., Facilities, and Program Quality Improvement. He is the proud father of a son and daughter and resides in Collier Township

Tony graduated from The University of Pittsburgh in 1990 with a Bachelors of Arts, and again in 2003 when he earned his Master of Social Work degree, focusing on Social Administration and Community Organization. Tony is currently a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania. He serves as the agency’s Privacy Officer and is responsible for all quality and compliance functions at the Corporate and Subsidiary level.
