Partners For Quality, Inc. (PFQ) is a private non-profit Corporation.  Through its four subsidiaries, PFQ provides residential, personal development training and travel/leisure services to adults with disabilities, and family-oriented mental health services to children and adolescents.

From the opening of the first residential site in 1975 to present, the Agency has experienced continuous growth and diversification in services offered to people with special needs.  A commitment to providing quality services has been demonstrated over the years, as both Citizen Care, Inc. and Allegheny Children's Initiative, Inc. are accredited by Nationally accrediting bodies, The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) and the Council on Accreditation (COA) respectively.

Since 1992, opportunities to go on vacations, take tours and attend an array of entertainment events in a variety of community settings are made available to adults through PFQ?s specialized travel service known as Exceptional Adventures.

Partners For Quality Foundation, Inc. coordinates the fundraising and public relations activities of the Agency.
