The United Way of Allegheny County supports a wide range of human service needs. You can choose to direct all, or part, of your United Way contribution to Partners For Quality Foundation, Inc. by utilizing the Contributor Choice Program. There are no geographic restrictions on gifts and no minimum amount is required.

During the United Way Campaign at your place of work, you will receive a Pledge Form from your Employer.   Complete the form. Then to designate your gift to Partners For Quality Foundation, Inc., please complete the section at the bottom of the form marked SPECIFIC AGENCY. Please write in our CODE NO. 241, the Agency's name and address and the amount of your contribution. Sign and date the form then return it to your Employer.  You may also e-pledge online at www.unitedwaypittsburgh.org.
