Citizen Care provides a wide range of home settings for adults with intellectual disabilities designed to provide safe, person-centered and inclusive community housing options. Housing layouts range from semi-independent living to fully adapted, spacious ranch style homes with walk in showers and/or lift accessible bathtubs, sprinkler and fire alarm systems, wheelchair van available, 24 hour awake supervision and located in the western Allegheny County suburbs.

Citizen Care has several residential homes in Allegheny County and the western Pittsburgh suburbs. Our homes enable adults with disabilities the opportunity to live independently in a comfortable home and community setting. Supports and services are based upon assessment of skills to promote personal independence and ensure an array of opportunities are available for people to experience outings of interest on a regular basis.
