Executive Director, Allegheny Children's Initiative
Lisa has spent her entire career supporting young people and their families in the mental health field. Before leading Allegheny Children's Initiative, she served as Child & Adolescent Services Program Director for Mon Yough/UPMC Western Behavioral Health. Prior to that, Peterson-Lizun was the Director of Service Coordination and the Student Assistance Program at Allegheny Children’s Initiative. She also has experience at South Hills Interfaith Ministries and Lehigh Valley Wraparound Initiative. Known for her innovative approach, Peterson-Lizun’s expertise has been recognized through her research experience, along with numerous published articles and conference presentations.
