Partners for Quality, Inc. (PFQ) is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors and visitors. We have developed this privacy policy to assure our donors and visitors of our respect for their privacy and confidentiality.
Website and donor information is collected and maintained safely. We do not collect personal information, including your e-mail address unless you voluntarily provide that information to us. When using the Online Booking service through Exceptional Adventures, we may request that you voluntarily supply additional information, including your e-mail, street address, telephone number or other information. This information is used to follow up and/or distribute materials regarding trips/tours for which you have requested a seat, or to provide you with information regarding future trips/tours. PFQ and its subsidiaries, advertise job openings and ask interested candidates to forward resumes. Information provided through a resume is used for employment consideration only.
Payment Information
While we keep a record of donor amounts, we do not keep credit card numbers/billing information on file. We do not share this information with third parties for marketing or other purposes.
How Information is Used
PFQ uses your information to help complete a transaction that you have requested; to reply to your questions or concerns; and to update you on events or activities of interest. We take each recommendation seriously as to how we might improve communication.
No Sharing of Personal Information
PFQ will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. We assure you that the identity of all our donors and visitors is kept confidential.
Remove Your Name from Our Mailing List
It is our desire not to send unwanted communication to our donors. Please contact the Foundation Office if you wish to be removed from our mailing lists.
Server Information
PFQ collects standard server log information such as IP address, time spent on the site, browser type, etc. We collect and assess this information on an aggregate basis in order to track site analytics, performance monitoring and troubleshooting. This information may also assist us in site and system security. A Cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record keeping purposes. Like most website, PFQ uses cookies on the sites to record information about your activities on the site and to “remember” you when you return to the site.
